Application Dates

What are the requirements for the 2025 Başarı (Success) Scholarship?

• The applicant must be a foreign national and not hold Turkish citizenship as one of their nationalities.
• An officially signed and stamped student certificate from the university student affairs office, issued after September 15, 2025 (mandatory).
• The applicant must currently be in Turkey.
• The applicant must have completed at least one academic year (two semesters) in Turkey…
• If the applicant is studying Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy, the GPA must be ≥ 2.50/4.
• The applicant must not have previously benefited from Türkiye Scholarships programs and must not currently be benefiting from them.
• The applicant must not currently receive any scholarship from any other source.

Required Documents

• Student certificate (ÖĞRENCİ BELGESİ) issued after 15.09.2025 (mandatory)
• University transcript (Transkript) issued after 15.09.2025 (mandatory)
• Copy of a valid ID card or passport (mandatory)

Monthly Scholarship Amount

• For bachelor's students: 3,500 TL
• For master's students: 5,000 TL
• For doctoral students: 6,500 TL

Important Notes

• The Başarı Scholarship covers monthly payments for one academic year only, for a maximum of 9 months.
• Seats are distributed in a balanced way across countries, universities, fields of study and levels.
