Turkey has many universities offering Medicine, and the top-ranked ones have very strong international rankings. • Hacettepe Üniversitesi:

  Hacettepe Üniversitesi is in high demand from Arab students who want to study in Turkey, especially those who want to study Medicine in English. However, getting accepted is not easy because Hacettepe requires the SAT 1 exam, which hundreds of thousands of students take every year, and also accepts some international certificates. On the other side, İstanbul Üniversitesi and İstanbul-Cerrahpaşa accept their own YÖS exam, which doesn't compare to the SAT 1 in terms of student volume.
