Istanbul Kültür University's mission is to prepare individuals capable of multidimensional and critical thinking, grounded in professional competence and creativity, and to contribute to society by expanding scientific, artistic and cultural activities. Its vision is to be a university that shapes the future through innovative initiatives serving social progress, lifelong learning and science. The university draws on the more than six decades of educational heritage of Kültür College in developing its programs and teaching methods. It is also committed to supporting scientific research, artistic and cultural production, building academic partnerships with international universities, and strengthening a culture of lifelong learning among students and faculty.

Istanbul Kültür University is one of Istanbul's well-established private universities, built on an educational heritage spanning more than 60 years. It offers a wide range of academic programs across 8 faculties including Architecture, Engineering, Law, Management, Fine Arts and Design and Health Sciences, with study options in both Turkish and English and a one-year language preparation class. Located on the European side of Istanbul in the Bakırköy district, the university provides students with a vibrant location close to public transportation and commercial hubs. It features an active Faculty of Fine Arts and Design with regular exhibitions and events, advanced engineering laboratories and a moot courtroom for legal training.
