Başkent University stands out as the first private university in Turkey specialized in health sciences and operates one of the country's largest private university hospital networks, with branches in several cities and advanced specializations in organ transplantation, burn treatment, oncology, and cardiology. Hosting 16,000 students across 12 faculties and 8 institutes, it ranks among Turkey's largest private universities. The university is located in three modern campuses in the capital, Ankara.
